Vobee Webstore suggests you to read our Terms & Conditions carefully before making any purchase on our webstore. Vobee Webstore reserves the right to change our Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notification.
ORDER
- All purchases should be made through our official website (www.vobeewebstore.com).
- Your order will only be reserved by our system once you check out. Hence, make sure to check-out after making any purchase.
- We will not be able to make any change to your order once you check out. If you want to add/modify your order, you have to re-order again.
PRICE & PRODUCT
- Prices shown on our Webstore are in Indonesia Rupiahs (IDR).
- We reserve the right to make any change to our product prices at any time without prior notification if needed.
- We cannot guarantee that the color of products seen on your monitor will be exactly the same with the real color of the products. This color difference may be happened due to photo lighting or display setting on your monitor.
- We always do quality check before we send our products in order to make sure that you receive our product in a good condition.
PAYMENT
- Any payment of purchase transaction can only be made by bank transfer via BCA or Mandiri.
- You have to make payment within 2x24 hours after your order confirmation. If you do not make payment confirmation during the timeline, our system will automatically cancel your order.
- You have to confirm your payment after you made the payment. Payment confirmation can ONLY be made through our Webstore.
- We reserve the right not to process your order if we are unable to validate your payment due to incomplete payment.
SHIPPING
- We will use regular JNE service for domestic shipping, which takes about 1-2 working days to ship around Jakarta area and 2-5 working days to ship to other cities in Indonesia depend on the destination cities (some distant cities might added more days on delivery).
- Shipping cost is depending on the weight or your order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, shipping cost will be adjusted based on the accumulated weight. For further information regarding shipping cost and delivery time, please refer to JNE official website (www.jne.co.id).
- We will dispatch your order within 1-2 days after you make your payment confirmation through our Webstore.
- The dispatch time will be held on Monday-Saturday (08:00 am – 05.00 pm). We do not ship on Sunday and public holiday.
- We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.
Please Note:
- Vobee Webstore does not take any responsibility for damaged or lost shipments after JNE deliver to the shipping address.
- Vobee Webstore does not take any responsibility if JNE can’t deliver the product in time due to incomplete shipping address or no recipient at the address. Please refer to JNE official website to track your order and you can call JNE customer service to deal with the problem.
RETURN / EXCHANGE
- Product return/exchange will ONLY be permitted due to defects in manufacturing. Please contact us via email: contact@vobeewebstore.com within 1x24 hours of product receipt.
- Product to be returned/exchanged must be unused.
- We are unable to accept any return/exchange due to change of size or color. Hence, make sure the size and color before you choose the product.
