We use JNE Regular Service (REG) for the delivery. Please refer to JNE official website (www.jne.co.id) for delivery rates details.
We will verify your payment and dispatch the product for maximum 2X24 hours after you have confirmed your payment. We will dispatch the product only on Monday to Saturday (08.00 am – 05.00 pm). As we will use JNE Regular Service (REG), it will take 1-2 working days for delivery around Jakarta area and 2-5 working days for delivery to other cities depending on the distance.

Yes. We will send you an email confirmation with the airway bill number as soon as we have dispatched your product. Please enter your airway bill number to JNE official website for tracking on (www.jne.co.id).
Refund/exchange of product will ONLY allowed if there is a manufacture fault. We will not accept any refund/exchange if there is size or color choice mistakes. We will give 1X24 hour after you receive the product to check it and refund/exchange it if there is a manufacture fault on the product.
